The participation of promising young people is one of the factors promoting the sustainable development of the Company. The Group is currently in the stage of intense changes in the external market and internal management adjustment. To achieve more smooth development under market and management changes, it is necessary to activate the existing team and reserve a number of potential talents. To this end, the Company recruited about 10 college graduates of the past two years for some positions. To enable them to integrate into the Company and achieve more efficient work, HR Department recently organized a meeting for fresh graduates with the theme of “Set Sail While Young”.
The meeting included main parts such as self introduction, experience sharing, leader’s sharing and interactions.
The ice breaking game “Five Cents and One Yuan” before the meeting quickly shortened the distance between the graduates from different departments, and those who lost the game chose singing or other forms to show their talents.

Guo Tianyi, HR Executive of HR Department, majored in Administrative Management and graduated from South China Normal University with a bachelor’s degree. He chose to engage in human resources because of his previous internship experience exposed to specific work about human resources, which he was interested in. The reason for choosing Netis is that it meets his expectations of the industry (communication related industry).

Zhou Lei, Commerce Executive of the Commerce Department, majored in Business English and graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a bachelor’s degree. He is responsible for customs declaration and overseas customer management in the Commerce Department. He has learned a lot of new knowledge and skills in the two months since he joined the Company, and hopes to learn more skills in the Company in the future, complete all related work independently and master different business skills.

Fan Zhaozhao, Purchase Executive of Purchase Department, majored in Vehicle Engineering and graduated from Huanghe S&T University with a bachelor’s degree. He had work experience in a large state-owned enterprise before joining Netis, and he came to Shenzhen and chose Netis because he didn’t want to live a different way. He understood the essence of purchase and the challenges faced after a short time of work, and hopes to develop steadily as Netis.

Guan Xiu, Customer Service Executive of E-commerce Sales Department, majored in E-commerce and graduated from Zhuhai City Polytechnic. As an e-commerce customer service, she has more knowledge of the Company’s products than other graduates, and provided them with a channel to understand the Company’s products available in flagship stores on Tmall, JD mall and other shopping platforms.

As “seniors” who worked before this group of new graduates, Xu Huajuan, who joined HR Department as a fresh graduate in 2018, Zhong Yulong, who joined the Finance Department in 2019, and Fan Zhaozhao, a new member of the Purchase Department with one year’s work experience, were invited to share their work experience.
Xu Huajuan shared her experience from four aspects: job selection and employment, opportunities, interpersonal communication and specialty. Huajuan first joined the Company as an E-commerce Customer Service Clerk in the E-commerce Sales Department of the Company, and found that this position was not what she was good at and interested in after working for more than half a year. It was not her ideal direction even if she had the opportunity for e-commerce operation development. Just then there was a vacancy in HR Department, she resolutely seized it, and found it was what she was interested in and willing to work for long-term development. Based on the nature of her work, Huajuan concluded that maintaining a good cooperative relationship with her colleagues plays a very important role in promoting the completion of her work, and persisting in learning the professional knowledge in the field of her work through different channels will lead her go further.
Zhong Yulong shared his experience of growing up in Netis. From the confusion about the job search direction after graduation to the guidance and care given by colleagues in the Department after joining Netis, he quickly adapted to the Company and work and integrated into Netis. Now he had the opportunity to engage in more professional general ledger work due to the adjustment of internal work of Finance Department, which brought to him more opportunities and challenges. He hopes to be competent quickly through learning and hard work.
Fan Zhaozhao shared his views from two aspects: giving up the comfort circle and understanding of his current work. To follow his heart, he gave up the work in a large-scale state-owned enterprises with stable, comfortable and “not bad” treatment in the local area. He resolutely chose to come to Shenzhen and join Netis to learn about purchase. He learned that although Netis’ work platform is not the largest in the industry, its R&D, production, sales and brand are perfect, and working here is very helpful to his growth and future development. Through the training of new employees, he also realized that Netis develops slowly but stably, and graduates should develop step by step as the Company. From thinking that purchasing is very simple to have a completely different understanding of purchasing, he understood how to manage each supplier and material, ensure the quality of the products and normal operation of production, how to control purchasing costs, and how to negotiate with suppliers. These are great challenges for him at present. Purchase is a small part of the whole supply chain. Now he only knows the framework of the whole supply chain, and keeps learning. He also suggest that the graduates should learn more from colleagues and put forward the initiative of “never stop learning”.
Liu Yikun, Director of HR Department, shared the Company’s human resources plan and gave suggestions on the five aspects of mentality, goals, time, learning and action for the new graduates. He hoped that they could adjust their mentality in the face of work pressure, formulate work and life goals, manage their own time, continue to learn professional knowledge of their posts, work actively and quickly grow into the new reserve force expected by the Company.
