Netis Group’s Exchange Meeting for Fresh Graduates 2021
The exchange meeting for fresh graduates is in progress at Shenzhen Headquarters
The stars will not bother passers-by, the time will not live up to dreamers
A high-quality talent team is a great driving force and valuable wealth for the development of a company. Netis Group is in an opportunity period of business transformation and continuous expansion. It is particularly important to comprehensively consider and deploy the talent training and development strategy and the overall development strategy of the Company. The Company adheres to the principle of compatible talent team construction matched and connected with the strategic development goals, and continues to build a high-level talent echelon. For this reason, the Company continuously introduces fresh graduates for training in recent years.
In 2021, another group of energetic fresh graduates joined Netis. In order to understand the personal feelings and work experience of the newcomers since they joined the Company, and help them quickly adapt to work and integrate into the team, HR Department recently organized an exchange meeting with the theme of “Gearing Up While Young” for the fresh graduates.
The exchange meeting includes parts such as interactive games, live PK, leader’s speech, exchange and interaction, and experience sharing.
Before the exchange meeting, ice breaking games Collective Counting and Melon Eating shortened the distance between everyone.

Come and Introduce Me is a relatively novel way of live PK. Fresh graduates from different departments and positions were divided into five teams to introduce their team members to everyone in turn by the form of live broadcast, and finally the Casino War Team with the largest number of likes and comments got a gift package for foodie!
The Tree New Bee team was teamed up by Li Meng, who loves playing basketball, Zeng Jiao, the most lovely one, Wu Haibo, a young fellow from Jiangxi Province, and Luo Ziyang, a young expert in selling goods. As the first team, they came on the stage without fear, and harvested rockets and fresh flowers from on-site colleagues. It is worth praising!

The Happy Girls Team was teamed up by five girls from the Business, Finance and Project departments, including Shi Wenfei, a cat lover, Zhou Lei, an energetic girl, Wang Jingmin, an active atmosphere creator, Huang Qian, a finance major from Zhanjiang, and Liu Yinfeng, a literary girl likes spicy food. These five happy girls brought us a happy and funny time!

The Beauty and the Beast Team was teamed up by Wu Chunrong, a senior player of Candy Crush, Gu Qianmeng, an unknown uploader of Bilibili, Su Sanli, a girl from Chaoshan area who loves laughing, Song Lingyu, a hand dancer and a host, and Hao Zhennian, a tall fellow who loves surfing. The Beauty and the Beast Team was the most popular one and won the first place in the live PK part!

The Handsome Wu Yanzu Team was teamed up by four energetic and lovely girls, including Gao Zipei, a senior foodie who loves food, Huang Meimei, a girl loves dancing, Huang Anting, a Beihai girl who knows seafood, and Zhang Luhan, a fitness and social expert. The girls from four different departments made a great team!

Casino War Team was teamed up by four young fellows majoring in communication engineering, including Li Wangyu, a gentle and quiet boy, Wang Yutao, who is gentlemanly and introverted, Wang Sheng, who loves laughing, and Li Wanbing, who is good at creating atmosphere. Their witty language and good team cooperation brought them the highest popularity and most likes. They finally won a gift package for foodie!

Gao Xiao, General Manager of the Company, was specially invited to the exchange meeting to have a dialogue with the young fellows. Mr. Gao talked about the development history of the Company, demonstrated the strong resilience and great potential of the Company, and encouraged everyone to temper themselves in work, and give play to their strengths to make continuous progress and growth. He hopes that everyone will achieve a successful Netis, and Netis will also achieve success of everyone. He looks forward to the achievements of all the young fellows on the platform provided by Netis!

The young fellows shared with each other what they had seen and thought in the Company since they joined the Company, and expressed their recognition of the Company. Many of them thought the Company a warm family. The atmosphere here and the care of the seniors also led them integrate into the Company quickly.
The “seniors” brothers and sisters joined the Company in 2020 were also invited to share their work experience in the past year in Netis, and talked about their growth and harvest from this year’s work. They looked back at the past and looked forward to the future, expecting more challenges in future work, and great personal progress and development.

Liu Yikun, Director of HR Department, shared some work experience and suggestions for newcomers. He hoped that everyone could base themselves on their posts, change their roles, work in a down-to-earth manner, integrate into the team, strengthen learning, ask questions on anything they didn’t understand, work hard, build up a solid foundation, be responsible for themselves and the Company, and rapidly grow into a new force expected by the Company to achieve common progress and development!
