In the future, manufacturing will give priority to intelligence. With the breeding and upgrading of scientific and technological revolution and communication industry reform, intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction and commanding height of the development of global manufacturing industry. Intelligent manufacturing in the field of network communication is rising and becoming the focus of industrial transformation and upgrading. The main business of Netis Group is the R&D, design, production and sales of network communication products. As an extremely important part of the Group’s business chain, manufacturing plays a key role in promoting the development of the enterprise.
In October, in order to enhance the knowledge and understanding of intelligent manufacturing of the Group’s new recruits, HR Department organized a training and learning with the theme of “Experience Intelligent Manufacturing, Create New Strength” in Jiangxi factory, the production and manufacturing base of the Group, for the new recruits, to intuitively and comprehensively introduce them the Company’s main products, production processes and workshop equipment, impressing on them the corporate culture and the working spirit of pursuing perfection.
Located in Pingxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, Netis Intelligent Manufacturing Center is an important model for the local government to build a national intelligent manufacturing demonstration base. As the production base of the Group, it is a strong backing to support the sustainable development of the Company with spacious and bright production and office buildings, first-class automatic production equipment and advanced intelligent manufacturing systems. On October 16, 18 fresh graduates and new employees arrived at Jiangxi factory from Shenzhen and Chengdu respectively.
Visit the Factory
First of all, Yang Liudi, leader of the Company, led everyone to visit the factory. Following in the footsteps of Mr. Yang, the new graduates visited the exhibition hall of the Company to learn about the Company’s main products, each production line in the factory, and the daily work and cultural life of employees in Jiangxi factory.

Communication and Exchange
Directors of all departments of Jiangxi factory communicated and exchanged with the new graduates. Mei Huawen, Deputy Director of production of Jiangxi Netis, welcomed the new graduates on behalf of Jiangxi factory. He hoped that through this on-the-spot inspection and exchange, they would have new harvest and understanding, strengthen work contacts with colleagues of the factory, and enhance two-way communication to improve and promote work cooperation.
At the exchange meeting, the Material, Quality, Intelligent Manufacturing R&D and Engineering Department, production workshops and the Finance Department introduced the department structure, work content and workflow in turn, and mentioned about their expectations for the fresh graduates; while fresh graduates talked about the intersection and contact between themselves and Jiangxi colleagues in their current work. They raised their doubts for discussion.

At the end of the exchange meeting, Mr. Yang made a summary with the theme of “willing to join, serve and make contribution to the Company” and the key words of “aftertaste, vision and expectation”, and put forward suggestions and expectations based on his personal experience: to adjust attitude and change roles; to constantly explore to find the right position, and keep learning; to adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and doing work in a down-to-earth manner; to stick to dreams; and department leaders and senior colleagues of the Company should help new recruits grow up. Mr. Yang hoped that the new recruits would study hard, work hard, show their talents and make achievements on the platform provided by Netis.
Communication is the basis of team cooperation, and brief communication only builds a bridge of communication and a channel to get to know new colleagues. Further coordination will be required in the process of work.

This training lasts for three days. The first day’s schedule includes the visit to the factory and communication for exchange. Through on-the-spot explanation, face-to-face exchange and heart-to-heart communication, interaction and sharing, everyone has a new understanding of the leaders and colleagues and a deeper understanding of the connotation of intelligent manufacturing. We believe that we will start from here to jointly shape a new force to promote the future development of the Company! The future can be expected!
