Service Policy

Section 1  Warranty Policy - Replacement and Repair 

 

The scope of replacement and repair is only limited to the host of products, excluding the packaging and connecting wires, software, technical data and any other accessories. Products with quality problems occurred within one month after purchase without appearance scratch will be directly replaced with new ones.

Products with quality problems occurred more than one month after purchase but within the warranty period will be replaced with good products, which are not guaranteed to be new products.

Products with problems within the scope of warranty and discontinued models will be replaced with upgraded or substitute products, and the Company will provide customers with free replacement or warranty services.

The warranty period of external power supply is three months. For power supply returned by customer with obvious damage due to hard object, crack, leg breakage, serious deformation, power cord damage, wire breakage, bare core or other damage, no warranty will not be provided, and users should purchase new products.

The warranty date is from the date of purchase. Please bring the purchase and warranty certificate with the warranty date matching with the warranty label affixed by the agent. Free warranty of the product will be calculated from its production date when the user fails to provide the above certificates.

 

 

The following cases are not included in the scope of free warranty

 

1、Failure to install or use the product according to the requirements stated in the instruction manual, which results in product damage;

2、The product warranty and replacement period expire;

3、The product serial number is altered or deleted; the product is repaired or disassembled by personnel not authorized by the Company;

4、Damage caused by transportation, loading or unloading during the customer’s return for repair;

5、The product is damaged due to accidental factors or human activities, such as input of inappropriate voltage, lightning stroke, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, falling, serious oxidation or rust;

6、The product is damaged due to irresistible natural forces such as earthquake and fire;

Q:If you purchase the product in B to C stores, such as jd.com and Suning, you may apply for after-sales service according to the e-commerce after-sales terms. If you buy the product on Taobao, you may directly contact the shop for after-sales service.

 

F:How long is the warranty period of your products?

Q:One year warranty service will be provided from the date of purchase.

 

F:What can I do if I cannot reach the product agent?
